Maddy Halverson joined Bolton Law PLLC in June 2026 as Office Manager and Executive Assistant. In this role, she serves as the operational foundation of the firm, overseeing day-to-day systems, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that every client experience reflects the professionalism and care that Bolton Law is built on.

Maddy holds a degree in Communications from Western Washington University, a background she put to work managing community partnerships for both a nonprofit organization and a higher education institution before transitioning into the legal world. That experience shaped her approach to people and operations: she leads with clarity, builds relationships intentionally, and brings structure to the systems that allow the firm’s attorneys to focus on delivering the best possible legal counsel across North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

A native Idahoan raised in Washington, Maddy has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. When she is not at work, you will find her biking, running, skiing, crocheting, fishing with her partner, or spending time with the friends and family she holds close. 

With a background in the nonprofit sector, Maddy is passionate about Bolton Law growing its presence in support of local missions, and she welcomes the opportunity to connect with organizations working to make a difference in the region.
