At Bolton Law PLLC, we believe every client facing a criminal charge deserves a fearless, prepared, and honest advocate. We are a growing multi-office firm serving clients across Idaho and Washington, and we are looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney who is ready to step in, own a caseload, and make a real difference — in and out of the courtroom.
This is not a paper-pushing role. You will handle the full arc of criminal defense representation: advising clients at intake, crafting strategy, arguing motions, negotiating with prosecutors, and taking cases to trial when necessary. You will work within a flat-fee model that rewards efficiency and outcome quality, with firm support behind you.
Because our clients come from both sides of the state line, we require candidates to hold an active bar license in at least one state — Idaho or Washington — and expect attorneys to practice only in the jurisdiction(s) where they are licensed.

Job Opening: Paralegal
We’re Hiring! Join Our Legal Team as a Paralegal
We are looking for a self-starting Paralegal with at least two years of experience — or equivalent — to work closely with our attorneys. New or recent paralegal program graduates who have demonstrated superior academic performance will also be considered. The Paralegal will assist with case filings, prepare pleadings, support trial exhibit preparation, and communicate with clients and court personnel. This role is central to helping us deliver outstanding results for our clients.
This position is primarily in-person. Our primary office is located in the Riverstone area of Coeur d’Alene, with additional offices in Spokane and Sandpoint. Hybrid arrangements may be considered for candidates based in any of our three markets, depending on experience and
role fit.
Job Opening: Client Enrollment Specialist
We’re Hiring! Join Our Legal Team as a Client Enrollment Specialist
Our attorneys are exceptional lawyers. They are not salespeople. We need someone who can sit across from a person in crisis, earn their trust, and guide them toward the representation that will change their outcome.
You will receive warm, pre-screened leads from our intake team and attend attorney-led strategy meetings where our attorneys review each prospect’s situation and provide case insight. From there, you take the lead — presenting our flat-fee packages, handling objections, and closing the engagement.
This is a hybrid, full-time W-2 position — primarily based in our Coeur d’Alene office with the flexibility to work from our Sandpoint and Spokane offices or remotely on approved days.
