Jennifer Contreras serves as Intake Specialist at Bolton Law PLLC, where she is often the first voice a prospective client hears when they reach out to the firm. Her role is centered on making people feel informed, comfortable, and supported from the very first conversation — a responsibility she takes to heart.

Jennifer was raised in South Gate, California, and has called Spokane, Washington home for the past decade. She studied at Eastern Washington University and Spokane Community College.

Before joining Bolton Law, Jennifer built her professional foundation in financial coaching and client service coordination — roles that sharpened her ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and guide people through difficult or unfamiliar situations.

Jennifer understands that no one plans to call an attorney. For many clients, reaching out to the firm represents one of the hardest moments of their lives. She approaches every call with that reality in mind, working to make the experience feel as comfortable and safe as possible.

Outside of the office, Jennifer is a self-described homebody who loves bringing her people together for game nights and movie nights. She is intentional about connection and the time she spends with those who matter most to her.
