Kourtney Jones is a dedicated family law attorney with a passion for advocating for the rights and well-being of families. A graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2022 and has since been committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients.
Kourtney is in her second year of practice, and third year with Bolton Law, PLLC, she has gained valuable experience in practice areas that include divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence. Starting as a law clerk and transitioning to an associate attorney, she prides herself on providing compassionate and personalized legal representation, understanding the emotional complexities that often accompany family law matters. Prior to entering private practice, Kourtney completed internships with the Grant County Washington Prosecutor’s Office and the University of Idaho’s Legal Aid Clinic, where she honed her skills and understanding of the legal system. With a growing passion for Family Law, she became dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of her clients.
Kourtney is adept at navigating negotiations and disputes and is always striving to achieve the best possible resolutions for her clients, in and out of the Courtroom. She believes that effective communication and building trust are key components of successful attorney-client relationships. She is excited to continue building her career in family law and looks forward to helping families navigate their legal challenges with clarity and compassion.
Outside of the office, Kourtney enjoys her time with her husband and two dogs (Daxter and Daryl). She spends the warmer months camping with friends and family and winter months indoors with a good book.
